A 48-year-old Penn man is accused of abusing a 12-year-old girl for more than a year and possessing child pornography. Michael Edward Wise of 416 Scott St. was placed in Westmoreland County Prison on Wednesday in lieu of $50,000 bond after his arraignment on multiple charges, the Tribune-Review reports.
