Opening statements are to begin this morning in the first-degree murder trial of a Penn Township man charged with an execution-style slaying along railroad tracks in Manor. A jury was seated Monday to hear the case against Jason Maple, 26, who is charged with the slaying of William Teck, 25, of Hempfield. The Tribune-Review has more details.
