Negich-Zollner
Sue Scopa of Harrison City and Jeff Negich of Dawson, announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea, to Brent Zollner, son of Dianne and Bob Zollner of Harrison City.
The future bride is a graduate of Penn-Trafford High School and the University of Pittsburgh, main campus. She is completing her graduate work in elementary education at Seton Hill University.
Brent is the owner of "Z" Pizza at Penns Crossing in Harrison City.
The couple is planning a September 2008 wedding in Mt. Washington, Pittsburgh.
Chefuta-Zeltner
Edward and Cheryll Chefuta of North Huntingdon and Dennis and Julie Zeltner of Latrobe announce the engagement of their children Kristan Chefuta to Daniel Zeltner.
The future bride is a graduate of Norwin High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree.
Kristan is employed as a certified athletic trainer at Allegheny General Hospital.
The future bridegroom is a graduate of Derry Area High School and the University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown campus, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He received his master's degree at Auburn University.
Daniel is employed as a police officer for the city of Pittsburgh.
The couple is planning a June 7, 2008, wedding in North Huntingdon.
Halchak-Molnar
Michael and Linda Halchak of North Huntingdon announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Leigh of Durham, N.C., to Philip Andrew Molnar of Durham, son of Louise Molnar and the late John Molnar.
The future bride is a graduate of Woodland Hills High School and Penn State University, State College, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She is pursuing CRNA at the Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia.
Jessica is employed as a nurse in neurosurgery ICU at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill, N.C.
The future groom is a graduate of Smithtown East, Smithtown, N.Y, and Suny Stony Brook College at Stony Brook, N.Y., where he received his Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts.
Philip is employed by the Center for Orthotic and Prosthetic Care at Duke University.
The couple is planning a June 20, 2008, wedding at St. Helen's Church, East Pittsburgh.
