Fatal fire probe in Manor now criminal

State police and Westmoreland County detectives are conducting a criminal investigation into the fire that killed a 48-year-old Manor woman Sunday. District Attorney John Peck would not say whether the death of Rebecca Kint, who also used the last name Sicchitano, was a homicide, the Tribune-Review reports.

I would have liked for the mayor to have been appointed by now. It's not fair to the citizens to not have an official mayor.
