Penn Township plans to replace the emergency and municipal service tax with a local services tax, paid gradually. Your opinion?

This would be easier for me financially, so I'd be happy if the tax changed.

I didn't mind paying the fee at once, but the change wouldn't bother me either.

I think the new tax would be too confusing, with too many loopholes possible.
